Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an order placed with LJ Lane Boutique.

Order Cancellation Period

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders Already Processing or Shipped

Once an order is processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case you may return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation is approved before processing or shipment, we issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number, the email address used for the order and, if you wish, the reason for cancelling.
