We want you to be happy with your order from LJ Lane Boutique. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible, items must be:
- unused and unworn;
- in their original condition, with original tags where applicable;
- free from stains, odors, washing or other signs of use.
Restocking Fee
LJ Lane Boutique does not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size are free and subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will offer a refund or another arrangement.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns and exchanges within the United States. For international returns, please contact us before sending anything back.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before you receive these instructions.
The return address is provided with your return instructions.
Return Inspection
Returned items are inspected when they arrive. We will email you once the return has been received and reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, washed or altered, that have stains, odors or other signs of use, or that were damaged after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the time frames above, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us with your order number.
